  1. A friend and I cooked this recipe when I was visiting for the weekend. It's extremely rich. Overall we loved it. If we made it again we'd likely get rid of the sun dried tomatoes and substitute some diced tomatoes or tomato paste - we thought that the sun dried tomato flavor was too strong and out of balance.

  2. Good advice, my friends and I are going to make this for Christmas Eve dinner. We will use diced tomatoes instead. Then how nany stars would you give this dish?
