This salad is so healthy, and the black beans in the salad provide all the fulfilling proteins that I need for a meal. It's extremely yummy so it becomes one of my favorite lunch salads with a piece of whole wheat garlic toast. It's a great lunch to be brought to work, and it's great lunch whenever I need to stay on diet for a couple weeks to lose some pounds.
