We tried this recipe today. While the potatoes came out tasting very good, they didn't look like the above photo with the firm crispy look and the even coating of Parmesan Cheese. We thought the recipe would make us some potato wedges that have the crispiness of French Fries. But they turned out to have textures like roasted potatoes instead. We will make this recipe again if we want some tasty roasted potatoes in the future, but we definitely need a different recipe for French Fries.
