This salad is so healthy, and the black beans in the salad provide all the fulfilling proteins that I need for a meal. It's extremely yummy so it becomes one of my favorite lunch salads with a piece of whole wheat garlic toast. It's a great lunch to be brought to work, and it's great lunch whenever I need to stay on diet for a couple weeks to lose some pounds. Most importantly, it takes no time to assemble and lunches like this just help me save a lot of money. You can find the recipe on this website.

Indoor Picnic Menu - Fancy Fireside Picnic
Wow, reading the menu alone gets me drooling. What an enticing menu that includes a rich list of seemingly great dishes. I think this menu will be a great one for any dinner party. What do you think? I have yet to try it but I feel like getting my picnic basket ready. The recipes can be found on Hallmark Magazine's Website.

Creamy Corn
This is a recipe from the cookbook "Cooking Around the Clock - Rachael Ray 30 minutes Meals" . I made this as one of the side dishes on Valentine's Day. It was so good. Everybody basically fought for the last corn kernel. Fantastic recipe. I used frozen corn and it tasted excellent and it saved me a lot of time. You can find this recipe on Food Network's website.

Pork Chops with Golden Applesauce
I tried this recipe tonight and it was delicious. The applesauce and the pork chop is a perfect tasty combo. I also made the Lemon-scented Broccolini from the same 30-minute meal menu, which was also good. I spent about 1.5 hours in making these 2 dishes. Felt too tired so I dropped the creamy corn from the menu. It was a delicious dinner. But it took some time to make. Washing and peeling the apple, chopping them, and peeling the lemon zest all take time. I don't suggest people making these if they just got off work hungry, but this is definitely a great dinner on weekends. This is my first time cooking a recipe from Rachael Ray ... I have to agree with her, it's delish... you can find the recipe from the Food Network website.
