Peanut Butter and Jelly Omelet

We were at first skeptical about this recipe.  But we woke up this morning and saw a couple really ripe bananas sadly sitting on our kitchen counter.  We didn't feel like another morning with banana shakes. We happened to have no breakfast meat in our fridge or otherwise we would have made the traditional omelet instead.  Desperate to use the last two bananas before they really rot, we gave this recipe a try.  Surprisingly, it turned out to be quite good.  Just remember to not pour all the egg batter in one setting. The eggs in the recipe can make 2 - 3 omelets. The omelet should be thin and the peanut butter and jelly should be spread warm on the omelet.  We highly recommend skipping the pepper in the egg. DO NOT ADD THE PEPPER. The warm peanut butter, jelly and the banana in a thin omelet taste very similar to banana crepes. It's a good alternative for those times when we run out of time and we are too lazy to make batter for the crepes. (Click here for the recipe.)

Maple Smoked Sausage Supper

We tried this recipe today and all we have to say is, the recipe doesn't produce a dish that looks like the picture at all and it's awfully sweet.  Everything is swimming in syrup.  We will not make it again, we recommend you not to waste your ingredients on this recipe!
